Description
As our Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you will lead the development and execution of our social media strategy to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive measurable results. You’ll stay on top of the latest trends, leverage emerging platforms, and create content that resonates with our audience while aligning with our brand’s voice and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, platform-specific content, including short-form videos (Reels, TikTok), stories, carousels, and live streams.
- Build and nurture our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments/DMs, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals, graphics, and videos that align with current trends.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Dash Hudson, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Partner with influencers, content creators, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and build authentic connections.
- Track and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions) to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely, relevant content.
- Experiment with new features (e.g., Instagram Threads, TikTok Trends, LinkedIn Stories) to stay innovative and engaging.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Expertise in creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) and familiarity with editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of paid social media advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
